Integration

CityPay Mobile Banking Payment Portal allows partner merchants to seamlessly integrate with the CityPay wallet for secure and convenient transactions.

Integration Overview​

  1. When users opt for a CityPay wallet for transactions, they are directed to the CityPay login page
  2. Upon redirection, users are prompted to log in to their CityPay accounts.
  3. Upon successful login, an OTP is sent to the user's registered mobile number for additional security

OTP​

The OTP (One-Time Password) verification process is a crucial security measure within the CityPay payment portal. Triggered when a user opts for CityPay wallet transactions, it involves sending a 4 digit number to the user's registered mobile number post a successful login. The user then enters the received OTP during the transaction, and the system verifies it for authorization. Subsequently, the transaction processing initiates after successful OTP validation.
